The Skedulr mobile app lets carers view their schedules, clock in/out, and access care plans on the go. Here's how to get them started.
Step 1: Go to the Team Page
Navigate to Team in the sidebar and select the carer you want to invite.
Step 2: Send the App Invite
Click the Send App Invite button on their profile. They'll receive an email containing:
- A download link for iOS or Android
- Their login credentials
- A quick-start guide
Step 3: Carer Downloads & Logs In
Once the carer downloads the app and logs in, they'll immediately see:
- Their upcoming shifts
- Client details for each visit
- Navigation to visit locations
Troubleshooting
- Didn't receive the email? Check the spam folder, or resend from the Team page.
- Can't log in? Use the password reset option on the login screen.
- App not showing shifts? Make sure the rota has been published.
